Roleystone has been the Olsen family home for 25 years. We were so proud to open up our second butcher shop in 2014 located in the heart of our beautiful home suburb. From homemade ready-to-eat meals and hot takeaway food to quality meat cuts, we pride ourselves on running a family-orientated butcher shop. With a workforce created from the neighbourhood, we are continually investing in our locals and making Roleystone an inclusive, supportive community.
Our Roleystone butcher shop was created to provide the largest and freshest variety of meat to the local community. Wholly focused on surrounding families, we have had incredible opportunities to connect and assist our locals with jobs, our in-house community, and the very best meat products. At Olsen Butchers, we understand the importance of bettering the community. Open 7 days a week, we support local football and cricket clubs and our country club, as well as supply our produce to local restaurants. Through donations, job opportunities exclusive to locals, and supporting schools and clubs, we’ve seen Roleystone flourish.
Located off Jarrah Road, just follow your nose and the tantalising scent of fresh quiches, hot takeaway pies, sausage rolls and burgers. Our large variety doesn’t stop there, with our cabinets always stocked with homemade, ready-to-go meals, take home meals and ready to toss on the BBQ homemade sausages. With a community largely made up of families, our Roleystone butchers know that having a healthy, delicious range of products is a must! Freshly caught fish is delivered daily with a display fridge featuring quality meat cuts, high grade steaks, poultry products and so much more.
A value carried across each Olsen Butcher shop is to supply only the very best quality products to each and every one of our customers. This means studiously applying the paddock to plate approach to all of our suppliers across the board. Paddock to plate refers to the stages in meat production, starting from on the farm all the way to ending up in a meal. Our Roleystone butcher shop continues this practice by carefully monitoring each step from production to transportation to displaying it in our shop. We know that by staying true to the paddock to plate approach, we can guarantee our customers receive the very best products Western Australia has to offer.
